WESTLAKE, OH — Chad Sargent has become the third Westlake High School student this school year to get a perfect score of 36 on the ACT exam. Ella Gray and Isabella DiGiulio, both juniors, achieved the same feat in 2018.

Sargent took the exam once, as a benchmark. He then studied the areas he didn't score highly in and retook the exam. The result? A perfect score.

Sargent is junior and takes part in a bevy of school activities. He is Junior Captain of the Science Olympiad team and a member of the high school's Center Stage Players Drama Club, Chorale, Company D and Men's Chorus.
